4:30 daily. Recording hours will be 8:00 - 4:00. You must be
in line by 3:45 to ensure ability to record your documents. After 4:00 p.m., you will be allowed

Appeals:
The Appellate Division, Fourth Department, has scheduled one day
only - Wednesday, August 20, 2008 – to hear appeals in
proceedings concerning the September primary elections.
The record and appellants’ briefs must
be filed in the clerk’s office no later than 5:p.m. on
Friday, August 15, 2008, and respondents’ briefs must be
filed no later than 5 p.m. on Monday , August 18, 2008, for appeals
being heard by the court on August 20, 2008. Please notify the
clerk’s office of pending appeals as soon as possible (585) -

Law Firm is a consumer and business Bankruptcy Firm that
represents debtors filing Bankruptcy in the Northern District of
New York. The Firm has a large number of consumer clients and
has been practicing since 1976. We advertise heavily to attract
these clients and have a high volume of new client interviews in
Syracuse. Presently located in office space it has occupied
since its founding, the space no longer meets our needs. We seek
space that has ample parking and is easily accessible to those
both familiar and unfamiliar with Downtown. The Syracuse space
(or in the outlying Towns of Onondaga County, preferably
Liverpool, Baldwinsville, etc.) should have available at least
three offices; attached parking for staff and clients; common

near future, so offices or attorneys with associations in one or
