Effective Oct. 1, 2016, these rules apply to all attorneys who are admitted to practice in, reside in, practice law in, or who have an office in the Fourth Judicial Department, or who otherwise engage in conduct covered by these rules within the Fourth Judicial Department, including an attorney admitted to practice pro hac vice within the Fourth Judicial Department or an attorney who in any way participates in an action or proceeding therein.
