This FREE program will unpack how implicit or unconscious bias can significantly derail any diversity and inclusion efforts that are in place in a work environment or an organization. The goal of the CLE series is to raise awareness about implicit bias, demonstrate its impacts and explore ways to address it.
Save the Date: Part 2 in this series on Wednesday, June 15 will focus on Diversity & Inclusion Best Practices, with a panel discussion to be held at the SU College of Law. Then, the second annual Summer Associate/Intern reception, including presentation of the first-ever Diversity & Inclusion Achievement Award, will be held.
