Take a moment to watch a new video produced by The Historical Society of the New York Courts and the Commercial Division Advisory Council that showcases the world-class status of the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court.
A purpose of the film is to educate businesses about the advantages and benefits of litigating disputes in New York. The film highlights improvements to the Commercial Division’s rules, procedures and operations that are responsive to the needs and concerns of the business community.
The video highlights two local justices, the Hon. Deborah H. Karalunas and the Hon. Donald A. Greenwood, in addition to 11 General Counsel of major corporations.
